Reservations

To secure your reservation settle an advance payment of 30 % of the rent with a minimum of 125 Euro per flat and with a maximum of the 1st month if staying longer.

Cancellation Policy

  • Accepted by email/fax/snail mail when prepayment was made.
  • More than 30 days from arrival: Full refund of the advance payment less 25 Euro administrative cost.
  • Less than 30 days from arrival: No refund of the advance payment.
  • In case of delayed arrival date, notified less than 2 weeks before booked arrival, the rent will however start on the initial arrival date.

Upon Arrival

  • We ask our guests to settle the remaining balance of the rent. For stays longer than 1 month, only the first month is demanded. Each further period will be paid 7 days prior to its beginning.
  • A rent guarantee of (minimum) 125 Euro will be requested, refundable upon departure. Credit cards accepted.
  • A telephone deposit of 125 Euro for line connection will be requested, any credit being refunded upon departure.

Extensions

You don't know when your job will be finished or when you will find the appropriate long term house / apartment...

YES, extensions are quite easy with us.

  • All extensions will be informed and secured with a 50 % prepayment.
  • The remaining balance of the further period must be settled 7 days prior to it.
  • All year busy occupancy in our business flats suggests you to check availability 14 nights ahead at least.

    Due to delay in banking process, make transfers at least one month before arrival or fax us the proof of the bank order - bank fees will be at your charge.

    With related card, 175 Euro max per check.
  • Invoices sent to companies
    Only companies with Belgian VAT/TVA/BTW and RC/HR are eligible. Fill in the application form along with your reservation or just for preparing future reservations.
  • Other methods
